After years with an eating disorder I decided things needed to change. I decided to learn how to exercise healthily and eat to fuel my body - I was introduced to weight training and I've never looked back. 

So it's February 2015 and I'm starting this blog to share my journey. I'll be posting up my workouts, exercise tips, healthy recipes, and my progress and plateaus. It won't all be plain sailing but I hope to share my new found balance, tell you all how I got here, and find out where I'm headed!
